What is a pre-order item?

An item labeled as "pre-order" means the item has not yet been made but will be at a later time after an order has been placed.

What is a ready to ship item?

An item labeled as "ready to ship (RTS)" means the item is available and is sent out 2-3 business days after purchase.

I made my purchase. When can I receive my package? 

First of all, thank you for supporting our small shop! Our processing times are included in the item's description. Once orders are placed, they are shipped via USPS. Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping address you included and where that is located in the country. All orders come with a tracking number. Please refer to our shop policies for more information. 

What is the current processing time?

Processing times for each item varies. We include processing times on all product descriptions. If you combine a pre-order with a ready to ship item they will be processed and shipped with the longest processing time. Unfortunately, we can't split orders. 

My tracking hasn't updated. How can I locate my package?

Once a shipping label has been created you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Then packages are dropped off at USPS, and USPS will scan the package to show they have accepted it and is in-transit. Sometimes scans are not done at every package stop, but the package may still arrive. Contact us if this is the case to see if we can help.
